Thread: Lost live data with update

Just as I posted in the title...the past couple updates caused be to loose live data logging. My consult wires are snipped and have it setup to automatically turn it on. Also I am not in record mode.

No data shows up at all or you have to manually connect each time?

Nothing at all. Running engine or not. :/

Have you opened up the ECU and checked the solder connections and check the plug to make sure it is seated correctly for the consult. Also check the USB cable. I would think it is hardware related at this point since you are the only one having the issue.

I can upload to the ecu to make changes and it responds to it. I havent open the ecu to check but I also havent touched it since it was working. I will give it a once over.

Does it say it is emulating? What if you try re-connecting the emulator?

Try deleting the drivers and the program and re-installing everything.

the program tells me everything is connected.

Welp it decided to start working on its own again. Maybe because of my battery being so long last night?

I had an issue with it taking a long time to connect. Then i started plugging in the USB as i started up the computer, then starting up the SA software, never had an issue since.
