Yes, that is perfectly normal. If there was no hysteresis, the throttle closed flag would flicker causing all kinds of inconsistency.
Are you using RT or SA? SA has more idle and off idle control parameters and tables.

I'm on RT, I've been hesitating to upgrade since I still feel I'm a total RT noob lol

I did have more issues with drivability on RT than SA, although to be fair it took me a while to dial them out on SA, but i never could on RT.

Im fighting a battle with my car tho as its a VET with a N1 intake, i also ended up slotting the pivot hole in the throttle actuator the cable goes onto, and moving it down so the thorttle is softer at initial opening.

Dave im embarrassed to say....It's the old school original Nismotronic

Oh and maybe I should have made my own thread, this is not a software issue. Just a tuning issue. Just thought you guys would be familiar with the parking lot bucking and could help out.

I did raise accel enrichment VS coolant over the whole table with no avail. It just increased tip in a bunch (which was too much)
