On a boosted GTiR setup, I would tune it on a MAP sensor only and not worry about the alpha N map.

Only use the alphaN mode for an all motor ITB setup.

So i can use and tune with map sensor with no problems with gtir engine with original itbs ?
I the internet i found information that says its very hard to set idle and part throttle with map sensor because no vacuum changes !

You can use a vacuum log or block to help get the vacuum signal for the map sensor and that will help a great deal.
