I think that if you set it up and then have John tune, it would be perfectly fine.

This service consists of the end user taking multiple data logs of different driving conditions and sending those logs along with the current TCD file via email for me to analyze and send back a revised tune file.

There are no limits on the number of revisions requested by the end user, we will continue until the setup is exactly how you want it!

The end goal of this service is to produce a TCD for your specific setup aimed at producing adequate "safe" power, along with dialing in the part throttle map for your normal driving habits!

There are a few requirements to be eligible for this service.

NismoTronic RT ECU
Ability to log AFRs accurately (via ADC inputs or direct wideband)
All Motor and low power (<300hp) forced induction vehicles only!
Access to a flat/safe road for WOT 3rd gear pulls (if necessary).
Internet connection for remote tuning (if necessary)
If you are interested in this service and are a new customer, you can add the eTune service directly at checkout.

If you are a current customer, please email me for pricing

@lynchfourtwenty - Have you tried using the stock o2 sensor and using the wideband just for monitoring purposes?

The stock O2 sensor will respond faster when making corrections and might help you gain some of the MPG back.

What is funny is that my car has been running on the exact same speed density tune year round and I haven't seen any of the huge fluctuations that you are talking about.

I am more than willing to help you out with getting it dialed in, I just need a few logs and your TCD to look over.

Your normal driving and your current tune file would be fine.

What wideband are you using? Does it have a narrowband output on it as well? If so, you can wire the 0-1v output to the stock o2 input and enable closed loop with the stock o2 functionality.

You have to tune the PID gains and AFR target table to get the best performance out of wide band closed loop. If the gains are incorrect, it can cause the correction to oscillate and never get to the target AFR. If the AFR target table isn't smooth, the target AFR can move around and be difficult to achieve.
