Check the FSM diagram for your ECU as it is not the same pin on all ECUs.

So a sentra and a g20 of different years could have different pins for the EGR Temp? Of do we go off the harness of the car?

The ECU pin-out determines the harness of the car.

I just ordered a AEM unit, comes with plug an bung an shit, not sure if its open or closed.. The gm one I got is open for sure those, I'll use the aem one if it is open, if its not is there something else I can use it for?

While I was searching for a bung for it I found an aem unit that came with a plug and bung, kinda impulse bought it.. If the aem will work ok I will use it because its brand new, if not hopefully this gm units still in working order

The AEM unit should literally be the exact same thing as the GM sensor, so you should be good to go.

The default IAT sensor conversion table is calibrated for a GM sensor connected to the EGR temp. sensor input. Other sensors, or connecting to the NEMU break-out box, may require some calibration (shifting and/or tweaking the conversion table).

I googled "3/8 NPT aluminum weld bung" and found many of them. Here's an example:
