eTune service feeler
I have been kicking around the idea of offering an eTuning service for NismoTronic for the last couple months.

This service would consist of the end user taking multiple data logs of different driving conditions (idle, part throttle and WOT) and sending those logs along with the current TCD file via email for me to analyze and send back a revised tune file. There would be no limits to the number of revisions requested by the end user, we would go until the setup is exactly how you want it!

The end goal of this service would be to produce a TCD for your specific setup aimed at producing adequate "safe" power, along with dialing in the part throttle map for your normal driving habits!

There are a few requirements to be eligible for this service.
  1. NismoTronic RT ECU
  2. Ability to log AFRs accurately (via ADC inputs or direct wideband)
  3. All Motor and low power (<300hp) forced induction vehicles only!
  4. Access to a flat/safe road for WOT 3rd gear pulls (if necessary).

How many of you guys would be interested in a service like this for a nominal fee?

As long as the car is mechanically solid and you have a nice tuning software for logging afr and other important engine details, it allows etuning to be possible!

I will be making a service item on the web site shortly.

I used a similar service when I had my Subaru. If my car behaves nicely this winter and gets a VE in the spring I may be very interested in this. What additional cost would be involved?

If you purchase the system through me, pricing would be around $50 (for unlimited revisions for 1 engine setup).

I am still working around the details right now of the pricing and trying to come up with something that would be fair. eTuning definitely takes a good bit more time and patience to get just right since the car isn't in front of you, but I am still trying to keep the pricing reasonable for those who have purchased the system through me.
