another quick question, in the settings i checked the cell tracking thing, and it doesn't seem to do anything? i expected it to track the current cells being used, but it didn't.

Do you have logging connected?

Are you trying to trace the main fuel/ignition tables? It will do this automatically when you connect to the logging and the key is turned on.

Can you verify that you logging is indeed working? To do so, bring up the data screen CTRL+D and check the TPS value with key on/engine off.

Push the throttle and make sure your TPS is moving and with that, when you push the throttle quickly it will also increase TP and will show this on your fuel map with the map tracing moving.

ok so when i open nismotronic it says NEMU CONNECTED or whatever, an i can goto import nemu calibration which i thnk downloads the tune from the ecu? an after that i cant use any of the stuff in the emulator or tools menu.

i can also load a base or load updates but the same thing happens with the menus.

also none of the gauges are working and theres nothing going on in the datascreen

i also hooked up the wideband to the ADC0 an set it all up, but its not displaying anything it its gauge either.

also when i do load a tcd or get the one off the ecu it says connected in the top right corner..

ok scratch that last post.. i enabled auto connect logger an went back out an all the gauges worked including zeitronix, however i didnt load a bin or sync from ecu cause i forgot to grab my charger cord an my daughters bein whiney lol

i did notice that the afr's being displayed by the zeitronix wideband gauge i have is different then the afr bein displayed in nismotronic.. example 14.7 on the ZT gauge was 15.xx in nismotronic. HOWEVER i assume this might have something to do with the type of connection rj-12 vs the 0-5v output. It seems like the afr im seeing in nismotronic is faster if that makes any sense which could be a good thing? In nistune the afr matched my gauge on my dash, but still that was using rj-12 connections which im thinking might be slower responding then the 0-5v signal?

I highly suggest saving your tune (TCD) and then reopening it when you start nismotronic, instead of importing it from the emulator!

There is a voltage offset value under all of the adc channels, you can use this offset to get the value in nismotronic to match what you are seeing on your gauge.

You can also check the open last tcd in the settings section, so it will automatically open your last opened/saved TCD.

This, I have a bunch of tunes for the same setup, I back them up by date incase I screw a timing/fuel map one day. Plus lets you do side by side testing without having to sit on the side of the road for too long.

So I'm going to put my n62 maf in so I go to the vq table and select n62 and this is what I get..

Whats going on here? Do I need to put in my old maf hp number which is 325? I'm just confused why the other numbers there. Pretty sure I need to check the boxes too?

I'd have asked on the Nismotronic forum but it seems to be down.

That happened because of the conversion from your bin to TCD.. I will have to take note of that next time.

But yes, enter 325 in OLD maf HP and yes, by checking the boxes it will rescale your load values to suite the new maf.

After you enter 325 and do the scaling.. it will save your NEW MAX MAF hp in the actual TCD so if you ever have to scale again, it will be automatic.
