Where the black wire of the four wire connector that goes into the NEMU goes into the ECU pins I an not getting some signals logged into the nemu like when fan comes on it doesnt show on the NEMU and neutral switch either..

Ok then what can cause that the flag on the data logging screen does not show when fans come on?? Also ecu not getting the neutral switch signal to set the launch limiter manually..

The only way it wouldn't be getting the neutral switch would be the wiring to the ECU.

Are you using the fan control in the software to kick the fans on or are you using the stock routine and just monitoring the flag?

Hey John this may be a stupid question, but would I still be able to log with the breakout box with the PLX DM-6 (multigauge)? The Nemu package comes with the breakout box right?

Yes, you will be able to log the PLX DM-6 with the ADC breakout box.

The ADC box is included in the package.
