Expecting to release sometime late spring/early summer.

Almost all of the features are integrated, but the system needs a good bit of testing to make sure it is ready for public use.

This upgrade will be purely a software upgrade. The NEMU board will not need any type of firmware upgrade to use this new version when it is available.

When you purchase this package through the NismoTronic online webstore or in person we will include FREE installation into a customer supplied ECU!

Also note that the NISMOTRONIC RT License is per NEMU and will not require any additional license when TunerCode V6 is released.. it will be a FREE NismoTronic software upgrade!

So if you buy the RT Tuning Package we can send you the ECU and you'll install the daughterboard and ship it back for free? Is there a write up with heavy pics on an installation of the daughterboard? Just curious, why aren't '94 SE-R's included on the compatibility list? Their OBD1 as well?

Even though the tuning package is about $100 more than Nistune it seems worth it. I LOVE the launch control feature!

Also, how do Wideband's and other external sensors work with this ECU? Instead of having the additional sensor connect to a gauge there's a channel on the daughterboard you can connect it to for logging?

Yes, that is correct. The price includes free installation and shipping back to you.

The 94 ECU is a bit different and might be covered in the future.

I don't actually see where you can get that it is $100 more than Nistune!?

This is taken right from their website.

Type 3 Board - $240 (needed)
Individual Software - $200 (needed)
Installation - $60 (optional)
PLMS Consult Cable - $95 (needed)

That gives me a price of $595.00 (AUSD) plus shipping ($85AUSD) and currency conversion.

The total price for the comparable package is $728 (USD)

So I am not sure how you can say it is more.. when you have to include the extra stuff you need to get the nistune setup going!!

Our price of $550 includes everything you will need to start tuning the car in realtime AND offers a few additional features that a lot of customer's will find very useful. (Onboard logging, ADC inputs, ECU controlled outputs, etc).

Yes, there is a ADC input plug on the NEMU that allows you to log ANY 0-5 volt linear sensor right through the ECU and it can be displayed in ANY format in the software.

Is this because the '94 SE-R's came with Lowports?

I was just saying that the Nistune daughterboard alone is $440, whereas you guys only have 2 packages (1 that includes everything minus the ECU and the other that includes everything AND the ECU)

I like that Nemu uses standalone USB instead of going through the COMM port as well

Obviously the Nemu is the better way to go

You know I thought the same just until today, NISTune seemed cheaper. $440 only gives you ECU and NISTune license, you need a $95 PLMS cable to be able to upload a new tune to the ECU. Don't forget extra charges like installation, shipping, and transaction fees. Since NISTune is international those add up real quickly.

I'm trying to gather all of the prices into the ECU Daughter-boards post.

A friendly reminder however (and at this moment, this is strictly for the OBD 2 guys), you need to factor in a step down harness into that price.

NOTE: I am NOT UNDERMINING NEMU at all by previous statements!!!

I wanna get rid of my nistune and buy this so bad, but have to sell it first.

Ya Their site is REALLY vague, I haven't seen too many screenshots on Nistune but NismoTronic looks relatively simple with a sleek layout which is another plus.

That's another thing, Nistune goes through the COMM port so you have to use that proprietary cable in order to tune and log, USB is SOO much easier and convenient.
