Thread: Another new old member

Hi all,

I first joined the forum back in 2003 when I was getting ready to do a VE swap into a P10 G20, but didn't visit much in recent years. The site doesn't remember my login, so I'm starting fresh again. I've owned a handful of SE-Rs and G20s over the years, starting with a '93 SE-R that I bought in '94, but am down to a single '96 G20 -- the one that got a VE transplant in 2004 and is still a daily driver. Once I'm deemed worthy, I've got some parts I'll be listing for sale as the shed is getting too full!

Welcome back, brad! Have any pictures of the fleet from days past? Or any of the current G20?

Here are a few photos from what seems like the distant past. There's a portion of the fleet in ~2003, a 4800-mile VE ready to be installed, and some almost-done-with-the-swap shots. The final picture shows the Greddy RPM switch and an oil pressure gauge installed where the tape deck used to live. I installed a red/green LED in the dash console that lights when the cams switch as well. With the fujitsubo headers and a 3" VRS exhaust it made 189 HP on its first dyno run.

Yep, that was me. Old login info didn't work there either. I remember your name well from the "old days", and suspect we crossed paths on at least on occasion. (At someone's place in NJ, I think, during a work session of some sort. I came with Ray and Kieran.)
