Thread: 1992 SE-R / Datsun 510 Owner

Just picked up this 1992 SE-R back in July, i am the second owner and it has 100,300 miles on it!! it is currently completely stock and was owned by a woman who used it to commute to school where she was a teacher. So far i have put a new cat in to pass smog, it literally blows the lowest smog numbers i have ever seen. I also dropped the tank to fix an evap leach and replaced the sending unit while i was at it. Fresh oil and gas filter along with passenger motor mount, car drives amazing and is super fun.













Here is my slightly older Nissan....1972 Datsun 510, 2.2L dual mikuni carbs, 280zx struts, camber plates, coilovers, 5 speed and a shit ton of other things..

Thanks Kyle, been hunting for a clean one for like 5 years and couldnt pass this one up.. Here are a few more pics, still have not washed or cleaned the car since getting it, been busy rebuilding the Datsun. It got a full motor rebuild and all new suspensions and bushing and bunch of other stuff.







its got a faded hood and some minor bumps and bruises, not bad for 24 year old car. Plan to keep her pretty stock, just got a set of B14 SE-R wheels i need to put on.

Awesome! I will show these pictures to Richard, he used to race back in the day, look at my signature below my posts and check out his racing photos. He will truly be happy seeing an L-series in a 510 again! Been a few years since he had such a pleasure.

I waited about six years to find my clean and stock B13. Right around the same mileage too! I am also taking the mostly stock or OEM plus method for the SE-R. The car is just too much fun stock out of the factory.

I am rolling over in laughter over the middle finger pictures. Is the 510 all done, restored and you drive it about?

Keep on the OEM stock path for the Sentra. Way fewer that in a presentable fashion that are original, even original paint.
