So I took my mirrors to school on Tuesday. Today I finished them and they turned out pretty good. I didn't really take pictures before I did it, although I did take some pictures of the driver side one(which was actually the one that already looked pretty good anyway.) This was when I was trying to see if I could avoid painting them and just buff and polish them. The driver side ended up looking really good, but the passenger one, which I didn't take a picture of didn't look as good so I ended up painting both of them.
My doors without the mirrors in them, the driver's side has a little bit of rust I found that I will fix soon probably:
And here's what the mirrors ended up looking like painted, I will take better pictures of them if it is brighter outside tomorrow, it was a little bit too dark to get a really good picture.

Passenger side:
And here are some of the chips on the passenger mirror that were in the actual material and I couldn't get out easily, but at least I was able to get them the right color instead of just black:
While it was still kind of bright, I did hold it up to a clean part of the hood and the color is a pretty good match. I did see that the color is slightly darker, but the original mirrors were actually slightly darker anyway. When I was spraying the base coat I could tell that it was very close to the color of the original mirror and looks pretty close to right. They are very glossy though, due to a fresh coat of clearcoat, and my car really needs to be cleaned before that will look right on it.
