'92 nx2000!
Long time lurker, first time poster. Reason being, I'm only 16. All this started before I was born, my mom had an electric blue (not sure of exact color) nx2k. When I was born, she sold it to my uncle, who drove it till it had 300k+ miles on it. Years went by, until my dad found an aztec red one for sale in Arkansas, and the next we flew down from Maryland and drove it home. It's 100% stock, with less than 60k miles on it. Now that I'm 16, the modifications will soon begin. Any tips would be appreciated, and enjoy the pictures!

Nice NX! How did you find it? Mind sharing what you paid? Any rust? What are your plans? With those miles and the condition I think you should keep it stock, but hey it's your car.

And I believe my dad found it on ebay motors, the reserve wasn't met when it ended, and it was us and some other guy bidding. When the owner messaged the other guys, he said he wanted to dirt track race it, so the owner sold it to us so far I haven't seen any rust, and we paid 4k for it. Personally, I'm thinking basic stuff first. New tires and wheels, cold air, spark plugs, possibly some more advanced stuff as I get older. But I plan on keeping a pretty stock look.

Very cool. You never see them with that few miles. $4k is a great deal in my opinion. Rare for an NX to go for that much but it looks totally worth it. Keep it rust free! Hang onto any parts you remove.

So that's where all the Arkansas Nx's are going... Out of state. Which makes it difficult on those of us here in Arkansas lol.
Good looking Nx.

Though you won't want to be best thing to do is to keep it clean and 100% stock. The value of an unmolested clean nx is going up and up, and their resale value has exceeded the price of a modded car by a significant percentage.

Read something on a muffler delete, and didn't want to make a thread just for that.

Is this possible on a n/a car? Just curious as to how it works.
