I picked up a 95 200sx SE-R for cheap that had a blown head gasket. I'm thinking about fixing it up and making it fun weekend car.

I'm hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction... It looks like I need 15 posts before I can post to any other thread? I can't get to 15 posts if I can't make one post Just curious how I can achieve 15 posts...

Nope, you don't need 15 posts before you can post elsewhere. That rumor got started because people need 15 posts to be able to create a new thread in the Classifieds section.
The restriction on new members is 24 hours. You're in this section for 24 hours so we can make sure spam-bots are only able to spam in here at first.

So, since you don't seem to be a spam-bot, I have lifted the 24-hour restriction and you should be able to go anywhere (except create threads in the classifieds, that will still require a reasonable 15 posts).

(And look, you're at two posts already. )
