New Member from the ROC NY
I have been on here for a little while now and finally posting in the "new member" sections really so I can let some of the members with full in boxes that I would like to pm them but am unable to because of the in boxes being full. About me, always fun, I was born and raised in Rochester NY. Currently over seas on my second deployment. Part of the New York Army Nation Guard, infantry, wouldn't have it any other way. Before any of you active guys hate. I have to say that the civilian, and being able to do active tours really does offer the best of both worlds. I have always been into cars and currently have a 91' Toyota Cressida awaiting a 1jz/r154 swap to get sideways. A 97' Nissan 200sx with a sr20ve at home waiting to get a big bore and stroke done to her and dropped in, all motor ftw! And lastly a 10' Chevy Cobalt SS, yes that would be the turbo model, which is my crown jewel and my little garage whore. All of these cars are only driven in the summer months. Not sure what I will be getting for a daily driver when I get back. Personally I really only mess with Ford, Toyota, Nissan and GM. I am however really wanting to pick a new project, a 90-91 Toyota Corolla all-trac wagon which would be an awesome frankin-build. I love to be unique and have cars that most people have never seen, heard off or even know what they are. That is about all I have for now. Peacelock

Unfortunately I accidentally deleted all of the pictures on my phone shortly before leaving for Afghan. the cressy and the 200 are in my buddies barn for now. The Nissan with some stupid expensive cover and the cressy, well needing a paint job and no where near together is shirtless. I will see if my buddy will take some pictures for me though

I "Contacted Us" twice already with no response as to getting me the registered status. I would love to BS with everyone and actually have some communication with all of you other then just PM'ing.

@BenFenner

He's a Mod, he'll know what's up on this no posting thing. Another new guy was having the same trouble.

That Chevy Cobalt SS turbo is a beast, nobody with a clue would hate on it. Love it's performance numbers in C&D's big track shoot-out they do once a year. The little car that could run with the dogs a couple tiers above it's pay-grade.

Welcome to the Dash.

Big reason why I got her. The performance is outstanding for the price

@slobaltroc I'm not sure why you aren't allowed to post elsewhere. Initial assessment shows that you should be able to. Can you describe or screenshot what's happening when you try to post elsewhere on the forum?
We'll get you sorted.
