Help. Why Can't I Post?

I just joined today and I cant post anywhere in the forum except the new members spot. Is this just because I'm new? Am I not allowed to post for a certain amount of time? :???:

Theres a minimum post count I believe.Its been a while since i was new...you will have to look at the forum rules.

I think i remember in my verification email that there is a waiting period but i cant find it now.

New members are stuck in the new members section for 24hrs.

Then have a 15 post count minimum before posting in the classifieds.
