Hello there!
Hey everyone

I'm a new member, worked a long time with my husband on his B13's, and just got my own! Currently swapping out the engine because it sadly failed really soon after buying the car last year.

Swapping in a JDM B15 and finding some differences, thought I'd become a member to post my project and look for some help.

Thanks!

You need the intake manifold injectors fuel rail iac and lines from a USDM late 90s sr20de to make that motor work with your current wire harness. I have told this to everyone that buys that motor, return it if possible. Buy the time you buy all the parts to make it run right you coud have swapped a ve motor into your car. The ve motor is more plug and play plus it makes 30-40 more hp. Good luck with your project.

Congrats on finding your B13 to play with as well. No worry with using the roller rocker engine (B15 JDM). You do need the lowport intake manifold from the 1995-1999 engines to have your wiring harness work on it as se200 mentioned. The B13 came with a highport engine and the intake manifold is flipped 180 degrees vs the lowport intake manifold. I recently placed one of those engines in my old highport chassis and it was plug and play once I changed to the lowport intake manifold.

The VE will give you much more higher top end and a broader powerband but the roller rocker will give you more torque down low and be more ideal if you are daily driving the car.

I still have the original engine, so I may swap the injectors if I have to--thanks for the heads-up!

I do like that low port manifold so I'm hoping we can figure something out. So much more room!
