That turbo is going to give you a hard time reaching your power goals especially with a VE. I would recommend you source at least a T28 or better yet a 18G T2 flanged turbo, full 3" turbo back exhaust, external waste gate, 550cc inj (or better), 255 lph fuel pump, front mount, and most importantly some type of tunable ecu + wide band.
Nismotronic seems to to be one of the best options and tuner friendly, but you can source a calum rt for cheap, just check the for sale threads here.
Check out the "members rides" section, most people have been there done that. The path you are looking to go has been paved several times and has been refined along the way. It just takes some time reading and deciding what route you want to go.
