Wassup guys, kinda new to the forums but I have a 97 Nissan 200sx SE-R running an SR20de completely stock. I am saving up some money for a swap which will come from a Pulsar GTI-R. For now this is how car is currently setup.

I am looking to save up some money and get the swap as well as a p11 trans. Any helpful pointers in how much money I am looking to spend?

Wassup guys, somehow I am not able to see anything in my last post but here we go again. I have a B14 SE-R completely stock. Great commuter car, I love to cruise in it and even go on road trips sometimes. I haven't done much to the exterior but I'm diggin' the way it is looking so far. Once I have enough money saved up I am planning to swap my stock motor with a GTI-R motor with a p11 trans. Any feedback or suggestions on the motor and trans or any other sr20det motors are welcome. This is how my car sits as of now.

Looking for some mudflaps and maybe the fog light wiring for it if anybody has the oem wiring.

Welcome, start reading the turbo section and looking over other ppls build threads. I would stay away from the gtir motors as they are very old and hard to get parts for, plus it will cost you more with almost no benifits. If your current motor is in good shape then just turbo it and learn as you go. Good luck.

Thank you. My motor is pretty old, it has about 240+ on it so I want to just get a fresh start with a new motor you know? I've had this car for about 6 months now and the previous owner seemed like he took somewhat care of the motor but it still needs things here and there but overall it is a good car.

Welcome to the forum. Where abouts in california are you located? There are a number of people on here that are great people to meet up with, learn some things, check out their cars, etc. Fun cars to work on, reasonable for any budget, I started out with my B14 in highschool, years later I'm a college graduate and I still have fun tinkering on it. Like the member above mentioned, check out the different sections, check members build threads, you'll have more ideas than you could possibly imagine. Best of luck!

I am located in the Los Angeles/Montebello area. I'm interested in meeting up with some people, share some knowledge. I'm not too knowledgeable myself but its always fun learning new things. I've been wanting to get some parts for my car but this is the only thread I am allowed to post in.
