1st post from G20 turbo owner from Springfield, Mo
My 1st post here guys! I'm from Springfield, MO and picked up my first SR20 powered car for a daily driver to save gas back in August 2012. It was a $400 car that needed a engine and lots of work. Well it sucked me into everything SR20 related and one thing lead to another... Anyway I can't believe I haven't really been on this forum much and thought I would say HI to everyone.

Im busy on the 8th so I wont be making it down there for the meet. If you ever plan to come up to Columbia bring your car and hit a brother up.

Nice ride too dude, congrats on the mani. I bet that 6 speed is nice. I have a spec v, considering getting a new daily and swapping over various parts from the spec to the b13 including the 6 speed.

The dyno on my brothers G was pretty good (365hp / 341 tq) for it's first dyno. We are working out why it didn't put down more... It's running off of a factory G20 '99 ecu with a FIC and a 50mm MAF I'm making a standalone EMS4 layover harness that we can use on both cars to tune a little better.

I have been out to columbia quite a few times, I'll have to get a hold of you next time I go through. 6 Speed is the only way to go. The initial cost is quite a bit but if you trash the gearset or syncros it's only a $250 rebuild. ( I have yet to trash one)

Edit - 11-25-14 - Just trashed my first one with the new VET engine
