Hey names Ryan, used to have a really clean black 93 se-r, unfortunately all the old pictures are on my broken mac, but ill see what I can scrounge.

Recently I was feeling the urge to get bitten by the 4 banger bug, and this beauty of a car graced my life.

Just got it a few weeks ago, 1993 classic SE-R very nice interior, exterior. Super pumped to share it with you all.
I've renewed my love for these cars, I must have forgotten how much fun, and power they have stock!!!!!!

Oh yeah, I am already looking for a NX2000 Center consul, cause I got to put my arm somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dave SR20, I bought this two or three weeks ago off of Cincinnati.craigslist. It still needs a little fine tuning, but after cleaning the BPT tubes, EGR, and then plugging up the EGR I have come to find most of my idle/throttle issues lay in those god damn emissions parts!!!!!!!

Paint, all original, very nice for the age even has the original floormats!!!!

I also have a set of nissan foglight covers that I so badly want to use from an SE-R that I used to own, but pretty much bet on there never being a set of foglights available for these used or OEM.

One question before I start searching, sometimes the temp gauge reads that it is running a wee bit hot, the fans kick on, its not eating antifreeze, so what the hell would be making the gauge run hot?!?!?! <--only thing i've been stumped on so far.

Yeah i saw it when it was posted but they didn't post up good pics. Good buy!!! As per the temp try changing the thermostat and flushing the coolant. Should bring it back down

The temp gauge is not variable. It's either cold, operating temp, or hot.

As long as it's rock solid, and not moving slowly up, it's most likely OK. Surest way to know is to get an OBDI-type of meter on there, if you can.

Up in Ohio, when it gets cold, the stock ECU will continually run in the enrichment mode because the car will never fully warm up and will float temperatures around 150* and that was with a stock radiator. Fuel consumption will greatly increase and mileage will decrease. I know because I have done so and in roughly the same geographic area as well. I could only imagine what a Koyo radiator would do coinciding with the low-temp nismo thermostat would do to those coolant temps.
