I would get the MODIS and use it to manually turn the fuel pump on while you monitor fuel pressure. Also, look to see how long the fuel pressure holds after stopping power to the fuel pump.
Being that you have a stock 92 you can pull the fuel rail easily to check for a leaky injector. I am not sure if the MODIS will be able to manually test the fuel injectors so you may have to manually fire them my grounding the signal wire or just having another person manually crank the engine over from the Key.
