Well you can probably still get a cheeseburger from McDonald's for $1.

It would help us to better help you if you could convey more complete thoughts? We don't know what your budget is, what the mileage on the SE-R is, or what you're looking to acheive.

Welcome.

What does your class allow? I'd start there. Cams and a programmable ECU is where I'd start if they're not prohibited.

Our engines respond well to lightweight pullies and flywheels.
Cams, intake, and larger exhaust if the rules will allow it pretty much rounds out the boltons.

Could also do a 91-93 intake cam from an se-r. Proven about 8whp if my mind serves me right. Could be had for $50 probabaly. Also Catback exhaust could proabably net you 5whp or so.
