New here from New Jersey
I've posted once before and I really wanted to post in the general sr20 forums but I still can't :\ anyway, i've got a few specific questions, hopefully this catches some eyes. I just picked my 240 about 2 weeks ago so i don't know much.

black top in an s13

1) I noticed this weird rattle-ish ticking sound after draining all coolant and replacing the tstat, any ideas? IMG3371 - YouTube youtube destroyed the quality..you can barely hear it now but its still there just vaguely.

2) temp gauge, speedo, and fuel gauge don't work. speedo i know is the speed sensor and i'm not gonna end up messing with that, to much of a headache. I assumed the fuel gauge worked but i put 20$ in it the other day cause gauge read about 1/8 full and the guy ended up giving me money back cause it didn't take the full 20. it was reading a little over half after that. not sure how to fix that. and then we have the temp gauge...reads cold almost all of the time until it jumps to 1/4 for a min then back down. like i said i replaced the tstat, so i'm thinking coolant temp sensor?

3) the car was originally stalling when decelerating. that was because of what i assumed to be a bad bov. i replaced the tial Q that was on there with a tial QR but it continued to act up. after messing with some vacc hoses i'm pretty sure the bov just NEEDS to be recirculated cause the car was compensating with fuel for the air the MAF read that was being vented.... so does that sound correct?

4) now i'm pretty sure that's correct. i was gonna try it today, but i can't find a T peice to connect the 3/4 inch hose from the pipe near the throttle onto the one on the engine block, and then on to the bov. bov has what looks like a 1in fitting, so where can i get something like that? whether its a premolded hose or 3 hoses with a T peice, idc. tried local parts stores, nothing like that there. home depot, lowes, nothing there either. why is this so hard to find? lmao

thanks in advance

also after starting her today it sounded okay was idling fine so i went for a quick drive. halfway down my street it starting bogging down in 2nd at like 2500 rpm. it felt like I hit the brake, let go for 3 sec then hit them again. next street I get onto im in 3rd and it was worse. I pulled over, popped the hood, and everything seemed okay.

started right back up idled fine and drove back home without any problems. I went to change the spark plugs last week and they had oil all over them so I know I need a new valve cover gasket, would the fouled plugs cause that?

edit: also i've been running the car with the wastegate fully open and BoV disconnected just staying out of boost. obviously thats not a good thing, but i figure it's worth noting.
