It should bolt up to ur existing exhuast(cat), if u can't go above 85 it's probably your cat? Just look on ebay for a bolt in test pipe, you shouldn't be all that loud with the 18" resonator and muffler. I have a 99 SE-L with BC 264 Topspeed header, 91 SE-R K&N fipk intake kit, test pipe, and 2.5 magnaflow exhaust. It's not that loud. The G20 ecu you have will work as that's what I had prior, it was a auto as well. U want a intake cam I have those too?

Well I'm replacing the whole exhaust, the cat as well. I have a 2.5 magnaflow catback that I have bought already but not installed and I am buying the rest of my exhaust today. I want to go with the OBX header since it seems like it is good quality. I just don't know how I would go from one size to another, I am completely new with this stuff lol.

I did try the G20 ecu in my car but it didn't seem to help. It won't go above 85 and the rev won't go past 5500.

But no thanks on the intake cams, I won't have the funds after I buy the rest of my exhaust today.

Ah, that's understandable. Glad you got a good job there as well! My grandpa a few years ago used to work on a cruise line that always went into Alaska. I was going to go there with him sometime but never got the chance to. He said the northern lights were pretty cool, that's why I wanted to go there lol.

I just ordered the rest of my exhaust though, I ended up going with the KOspeed header. Ordered a 2.5" magnaflow cat, some copper gaskets from summit, and new O2 sensors. Hopefully it'll all work out!

Yes, the OBX has the egr issue. I seen some hotshot and stillen headers lately here, those are a perfect fit.

I'm just about to start a budget swap and now putting my parts list together. Just wanna know i'm on the right track while paying the best cost for items necessary and that KOSpeed seem to be in my price range. Is it a good buy or is there any other option i can look to? oh i rather the 2.5" outlet...Cheers
