Just got my gti-r turbo mani w/ external gate & 3" Down pipe a few days ago from lynchfourtwenty. Gonna put it on as soon as I can.

Put the front & rear bumper lips on.

Your P11 looks hard bro, I bet it moves out pretty good too. Lose the teggy lip on the back it diminishes the otherwise awesome look of the car.

I like the rear lip for now, im also missing the center piece thats probably why it looks a bit funky. If I can get my hands on sone P11 wagon rear lips ill swap em but for now ill keep them on...

Just wanted to update my thread.
My motor hasnt been really great lately. I have been getting quite a bit of blow by. So I did a comp test last night and im not liking the numbers one bit.
112, 100, 40, 110.
Looks like either a burnt valve or bad rings. Looking to get a new block and build it before this motor completely goes out.
Found a short block here locally with JE pistons and eagle rods. So I think im gonna pick it up if everything looks good after I go look at it tomorrow.

A little update.

I got the parts motor torn down. It looks like the rod bearings or crank may have gave a bit. I was told this parts motor has ve pistons. Is there anyway I can find out for sure?


Put the new motor on the stand, got the timing chain & guides on.
Installed the VE headgasket and bolted the head down.



Today I'm taking the bc cams out of my car and putting them on the new motor and hoping to finish putting it together.
