Thread: STL: get together?

Edit to Add: up for consideration is September 6th at Chuck a Burger in St. John.

Any of you STL guys want to get together? Maybe a Saturday afternoon/evening, grab some food, hang out, BS, etc? I'm free in the afternoons on Saturdays for the next couple weeks, so I figured I'd throw it out there. Late August or early September would work, but anything after that will be pretty tough for me to make.

Why don't you guys throw out some ideas on locations, things to do, dates, etc? And we can see what works for the majority.

Something in South County or West County isn't too bad for me, but I can make just about anywhere.

ya something around the city would be easier for me to make.

I liked casa...there is a place with good good in crestwood mall called fletchers. Good prices outstanding food. Easy to find.

Chuck A Burger?

City Diner or Blueberry Hill? Both have parking issues.

Or there're Sonics everywhere.

I've never been to Chuck a Burger. That would probably work pretty well for Chris since he lives in BFE Lincoln County, but a little rough for Nathan....who lives in BFE Trenton.

Something outside would be a great idea with the decent weather we are having. A Sonic-type of layout would be cool....only with a little better food. We'll see if any of the other guys can think of some good places.

Any good/bad dates for everyone?

Im pretty much open on the dates. The sentra will stay at home though. I hate holding it in gear for that amount of time...lol.

I should be ok, any weekend after this upcoming Saturday. I will eat anywhere, A&W in old town St.Charles sounds good. I've been craving it though! Can't think of anything else at the moment.

I'll watch the thread to see what you guys choose. My next couple weeks/weekends are insane, as I'm getting ready to speak on a presidential advisory board.

This saturday is iFest, next saturday I will be at a concert in the parking lot of Schlafly Tap Room (Called "The Lot"). Its a free show, so you all could come out! But otherwise, the 30th (sat) my friend will be in from out of town, and the following saturday ...i think is free...I'll be busy that friday the 5th, but the 6th is free.

So to recap - saturdays are out for a while (until the 6th). Sundays are fair game.

August 24th, September 20, 21 & 27 are no good for me.
