Thread: Track days at IMS???

Does anyone know if there are ever track days (or weekends or w/e) at Indianapolis Motor Speedway? I know they do them at the one here in STL every once in a while but if I'm spending the money i would love to get on the track at Indy.

I doubt it. I would expect cost to be outrageous to rent that track. Track day pricing is typically based on ( + ) / . So you would pay significantly more IF they do it.

To find out for sure, you can search around http://www.motorsportreg.com/ or the BMW or PCA Clubs of Indy. As a frame of reference, a 2 day event at Gateway will run ~$300 with the BMW or PCA. When SERCA did Autobahn CC in Chicago, I believe that was $175 for a single day - Autobahn is probably the nicest track I've driven.

Northern Wisconsin is correct. It's in Elk Hart Lake, Wi. The track is amazing to ride/ drive on. It's ~7-8 hours from the St. Louis area.
