Thread: Posible MI. meet ...

I will drive down no even if I have to take the Xterra I am just not super familar with the area

My car (read: engine) is not ready for track use, so I don't really have any ideas aside from a meet-and-greet. I would be happy to watch others on a track, however.

Is the consensus that we just want to meet up at a park and maybe do some grilling? Then do something else later possibly?

sounds good to me ....I am working on getting the VET in the car but I can not be sure it will be in ....running

I'm going to go check out some local parks and find some times they are available to be reserved and post back.

Im sure there will be a few 240s from around here that would love to come too

Sorry guys. I've been super busy and haven't had any time to check out the parks lately. I'll see if I can get to that this week.

I too have been busey ....between wrecking bikes and , us havng the baby ...I am one hand typing as we speak ...while holding the baby

Sorry guys, I have been so busy lately. By the time I have a chance to get around to it, its too late to do some stuff to check on parks and events.

We have a pickleball court here at our house if ya'll are down for a tournament

Ok. Heres kind of what I am thinking for now. Lets try and plan on this in the next couple of months while the weather is still nice.

Heres a list of things we could do in and around GR:
Theres always Grand Haven where we can go to hang out at the beach and cruise around
Ada Park is a pretty cool place to play baseball/soccer
Pickleball at my house (Google it if your not familiar with it - Its a blast)
Grattan Raceway is not very far away (one of the hardest road courses around - booked solid, watching only) We could go check out the Lotus day on Oct. 4 & 5

So far thats what I can come up with off the top of my head. Any interest?
