If you guys find a local shop that does frame straightening and realignments they should be able to do it for pretty cheap.

I got no response on the other forum and very little here. I might as well just stick a big wing on my car and some super duper 19" wheels so i can fit in with the rest of the morons in the mid west.

As you can see by this thread there is a hand full of people who know what is right.

Something i will look into. I know somebody that would probably let me use their frame puller, or at least do what i tell them to.

I'll go as high as $350 to get it done. Maybe $400 depending on my level of desperation.

I'd do it, like I said in another post somewhere, we should try to get it in Chicago, because it kinda meets all of us half way. 5hrs from me which I would be down for, but I duno about going much farther then that. And as far as price, $250-300 for me, any more and I'd rather figure a way out to do it on my own.

id be down, but then again, i dont know if i even want to upgrade the b15 at all at this point. what does it allow again? the rear to have exact 0 camber?

Not zero camber, zero TOE. Zero camber wouldn't hurt, but it wouldn't help. Zero toe is GOOD, and helps with handling.

Then again I've always avoided the issue by not having a car with a rear beam...

When I got quoted for my B14 the guy told me $100 unless it took him longer than an hour, keep in mind though, that I do a lot of business with this shop through my job.

No! No! No! You need a special fixture to do this. The beam must be supported on the inside to keep it from being crushed. The torsion bar inside the beam must be bent at the same time. If it gets overbent, it is a real PITA to try to bend it back the opposite way. If you let someone try this without the fixture, you could end up with a kink in the beam or worse. Do it the correct way. Find a way to get your car to a session where Steve can do it right. Believe me, it is worth it.
