Zion Beach Meet - 6/9/12
Thought I would post this up here aswell if any of you guys wanted to come, a couple of years ago where was a car group that kinda fell apart over the last couple of years, this is a meet to bring everyone back together and overall have a good time. For some of us ChicagoShift was the entry to the chicago car scene, tuesday meets at 4corners, ITW 4th of july BBQ and late nights in the city fucking around. Since then Mike has gotten lazy(read: rage quit) with the forums and the 4 corners meets kinda fell off so I thin...k it's time for a cruise/meet/BBQ to bring us all back. Feel free to invite who ever you please!
** Times listed are the time that the group is LEAVING each location, don't be late!**
Premeet: 8:30 - 9:30am
Location: 1202 W 75th St, Downers Grove, IL 60516
What better place to start the reunion than 4 corners? I'm assuming most of the people will be meeting here, we will be leaving at 9:30. Due to it being far from a highway I have chosen to do a second meetup location so none of us get caught up at lights and the such.
Cruise Meeting :10:00AM - 10:30AM
Location: O'Hare Oasis(294) Northbound/Mile maker 38
Due to people up north not wanting to make the trip all the way down to darien and it being right off the highway this will be the official location where we set off for the cruise. We will leave at 10:30AM sharp.
Zion Beach - 11:45AM
Location: 1 Lake Front Drive, Zion, IL
This will be our final destination, I'll get some pictures up of the meeting location, really no end time planned, probably until they kick us out.
**BBQ**
They have charcoal grills on site that we will be able to use, I ask if you are coming to spend 10-15 dollars on some sort of item that would help out with the BBQ. Meat, chips, condiments, drinks, plates, utensils are all needed. Post up what you are thinking about bringing and I'll start a list.
