We got a hotel lined up in northbrook. It is the Sheraton hotel. We were able to get the room rates from $170 a night down to $89 a night.
Here is how to make a reservation:
Call 1-800-325-3535
Tell them the location of the hotel-Northbrook, IL
Tell them that you are with the Lowes Room block to get the $89 a night.
*You must reserve your room by Sept 16th to get the discounted rate!*
Here are the plans for the weekend:
Friday:
Meet and greet at the hotel bar from 8 and on
Saturday:
8am- Head to Great Lakes Dragway
5pm- Race indoor go karts
9pm- Hit downtown Chicago/Northbrook for some night life
OR meet possibly hit up some of the local festivities.
Sunday:
Back up rain day for track*
If weather permits, try and get some good pics
Free day
Above plans are not set in stone and can change if you want them to. If anyone has anything they think were should do, post it up. Hopefully we can have a good turn out and have some fun!
