Thread: WI: Backroads drive and BBQ.

So I was talking about doing a backroads cruise/spirited run followed by a BBQ at my house. It is looking like August 14th is a good date for people so lets plan on that date.

Say we meet at the Brat Stop on Highway 50 and I94 at 11:00. Do our back roads cruise/run which will be a lead follow scenario. Drive will likely be about an hour to an hour and a half depending on route and weather.


Afterwards we will head back to my place in Salem WI for a BBQ and hang out and talk shit....

How does this sound to everyone? For the drive I would like to get a firm RSVP so that we can account for everyone that is coming. This way no one gets left behind at the Brat Stop etc....

Please POST here and I will add your name to the list. Just tell me your name, what car, and if you are bringing any guests. Also please indicate if you are coming to the BBQ or not.

Once I have a head count we can divy up what people can bring food wise to make the BBQ a success. My house is on our route so we can simply swing by and drop off food as we head out for the drive.

The alternative option is eating out and I can arrange that as well and have a section set up for us at a local joint.

Anyway those are my thoughts, let me know what everyone thinks...
