Thread: 2011 Convention Caravan Thread

We might as well hop on the bandwagon and get a thread started. So whos Planning on going? That way we can set up a route and places to meet people. It looks like it is a somewhat easy route by a simple google maps search. So who is in?

Do you think we can convince DJ's caretakers to let him out of 'the home' for a weekend?

Looks to be about a 90% chance that I'll be back out in Illinois when this goes down.

what is the date and location of the convention? depending on those two variables im down to go

Track day is 08/05/11, so we would be leaving on wed(8/3/11)night or early Thursday morning. When we went out there in 06 we left wed night, and got to PA at 11am on thrus, and this drive with be an hour or 2 longer than that one.

Do you guys stop to sleep or no? If so, hotel or rest area?
