IL: Hand Car Wash w/ Underbody?
Does anyone know of a hand car wash that also does underbody washing? My car's too low to fit on those automatic car wash wheel rail things and the only time I went into one of those things with my old car, I came out a bit scuffed up and needed an alignment.

Car's so low that on sidestreets, I was basically a snow plow, haha.

I usually detail my own car, but it's cold outside now, maybe someone can recommend a good place... you know, one that doesn't make you try and get your car onto a curb higher than your bumper to get into the garage(like Grand and 79th in Elmwood Park).

thanks

don't really have any excellent pictures of this one yet 'cause I usually just drove the sentra, but i'll take some good ones some day when it's nice and shiny and i end up parking it next to something interesting accidentally. one thing i noticed about having a white car is that it doesn't really look good in rain or snow --- the anthracite gray sentra, on the other hand, looked beautiful in rain and pretty good in snow... if only it was able to handle in either of those, it would still be around :-P

but yeah, need a place to wash the car for me while its cold out

when i worked at honda our auto carwash had nothing to drive over and the underbody sprayer was in a little ditch so it wouldn't hit your bumper

Good stuff. I think I'm just gonna take it there instead of doing it myself, I spend way more on that Zaino Brother's stuff and these guys did it just as good. They even used Black Magic on the tires, something I thought I'd never see 'cause it's always ArmorAll (bleh). Pretty quick for the amount of work, too. I'd normally spend 3 hours doing it all myself. Took them less than a half hour. Can't wait till it's spring time so I can get the works done there.

Oh yeah, they didn't steal anything either. The place my brother used to take his car to always stole his change or CDs.

And no Little Trees either, thank goodness! All I gotta do is top it off with some Squash later in the week when I go back to work.

But yeah, really good work with decent quality products for a very nice price. Tip jar's in the center toward the exit, try not to miss it
