Well everyone, it was pointed out to me that August 30th is labor day weekend, so I will play it safe I am biting the bullet and reserving the pavilion. The meet location, date, and time are now set in stone and 100% official

right now it looks like attendance will be more then 10, less than 25. I am bringing cooking supplies and buying burgers. Keo is bringing hot dogs and steak, Aaron is bringing buns, utensils and cups. We could use snacks, sodas, any casserole type dishes if anyone wanted to bring stuff like beans, dips, etc.
