Thread: August 30th End of Summer Mid Atlantic meet.

Some out of staters off the other forum have expressed interest, so here is what I say, if I can get a definite yes from the NY, PA and Jersey guys who have chimed in, I will just go ahead and spring for the pavilion that way we are Guaranteed a spot. Even though I think the chances that I'd be able to get us a picnic area at Centennial park would be good (I'd be getting there as soon as they opened the park to grab our area). I just want to ensure that if people are driving from hours away, that we 100% for sure have a meet spot. Everyone out of state please chime in, talk to your locals, and let me know what is going on. I have a 2 week tentative hold on the pavilion right now, after that I either have to give up the reservation or pay the $155 fee to reserve it.

I forgot to mention for everyone, if it is going to be more then just yourself attending, please note with a +n next to your name where n=the number of people coming with you so that I know how much food we will need.
