This could go one of two ways, I can either reserve a pavilion at Alpha Ridge State park in Howard County but it would cost $150, or I can just get to Centennial Park Early Saturday on the day of the meet to ensure that we have a picnic area available. They have grills at each table, and I would be bringing a big canopy for shade.
I think the only way a Pavilion would be a good idea is if we had a definite 20+ members planning on attending, and I would also be asking for donations (but they wouldn't be required) to help offset the cost of pavilion reservation. Everyone please chime in.

Centennial Park Has pavillions, but pretty much every state park in HoCo is booked straight through the end of August. It seems I would have had to book a pavilion back in may or June to get it for August. Alpha Ridge is a county park and is a lot less crowded. I think it would be a good place for the meet, but only worth it if we have 20+ people and hopefully some people willing to contribute towards the cost.
