Thread: Getting back into a b13

Been off the forums for awhile, and out of the game, been working with a new job and buying a house but was talking to mirrortints on the b15 forum and it got me thinking again.

Have a spec friend who's letting go of his b13 and I think im going to revive it... however I don't know shit about VEs... It has an electrical problem and has not ran since he dropped the motor in (he is not on this forum)

but I finally got a garage for my cars.

I see in the other thread a couple old heads that are popping up again just wanted to say hello and whens the next meet? Been awhile since ive seen everyone

Nice!...I think you can't go wrong with a b13...it can be one of the cheapest cars to maintain. Ofcourse some of us go above and beyond with it at times, but it's a great all around car!

I am aware, I had one, picked it up did a little and it drove like a champ til it was sold...

I miss it n/a did not mod at all

I think I need to join B15U...lol...I just feel like joining there now would be so rough cuz I'd have so much reading to do to catch up...lol

Guy did a swap, never done one before, He thinks its a wiring issue
It is a DE harness
HE said he changed the wiring for ACC and IAV
He says he has a tune for a de maf so he left that

He says it does crank and has spark... but he did not check the fuel lol

(ive been walking through most of it the guy just doesnt feel like finishing it)

so... it don't start?
