What up with you Jen?? hehe

Read/Write down your codes and let us know what codes are coming up..

Then we can possibly see whats triggering it... probably something simple...

Didnt see this... With the car running, if you unplug the temp sensor (2-plug one), your fans should come on!

Test the temp sensor with a ohm meter as follows:

-------[||]--
[|| A || B ||]
------------
Ohm test:
Start the engine.
Disconnect the 2-wire Engine Coolant Temp Sensor harness connector (fans should come on). Turn off car, disconnect fans, and restart car.
- Check for resistance across terminals as follows:
: Temp 68deg = 2.1 - 2.9k ohm
: Temp 122deg = 0.68 - 1.0k ohm
: Temp 176deg = 0.30 - 0.33 ohm

ECT Harness Voltage test:
Turn OFF Ignition, Disconnect Engine Coolant Temp sensor and test the harness plug using the diagram above and test as follows:
Power Supply: Turn ON Ignition, Check voltage between terminal B and ground: Approx 5V
Ground Circuit: Turn OFF Ignition, Check voltage between terminal A and engine ground: Continuity should exist

I suspect your Temp sensor or the harness is done too!! Your MAF wiring caused alot of damage..

next time I get a chance, I'll try out your suggestions.

Thanks!
