yeah there is some water in the spark plug holes of the two cylinders farthest away from the dizzy. I soaked most of it up with a paper towel. I wish the picture came out on the holes though, I guess it made sense that you couldn't see the plug itself. I didn't disassemble the turbo, but stuck my hand in the intake inlet, tried jiggling it around but got nowhere. I am sure there are some other things that you guys will probably want to check out. I just did the "easy" check.

you check your fuel rail and also check below to see if any parts snapped off (the oil filter assembly). If you see any bent metal inspect to see if its a main components like (fuel rail and FPR) if everything is A OK you should be ready for that swap and not have to do any claims like I had to do

I would still change the rod bearings.
