My car is idling rough it think the vacuum lines are switched up or clogged. The trans making noise but goes away when i press the clutch in

Long island suffolk guys can all meet at the mobile off of exit 59. Me and 5 other sr20 guys will be rolling feom there. Figure 10ish for meet uo. Place and time subject to change but,if,it does ill update.
