Nice one. My old man had one of these when I was like 12 or something. I remember it well. Talk about an early turbo compact that no one knew about.

Damn, nevermind, the old man had the glhs shelby Omni. Which I think was nicer anyway. More rare. He said it was number 69 outta 500 only ever made for only 1986.

Correct, 500 made and 1986 only. I had the pleasure of driving an GLHS Omni when I was 19. 1st gear when that turbo hit was amazing, second gear was pretty much the same thing and you'd begin to get traction in 3rd. At the time I owned a 1983.5 Shelby Charger, this one to be exact...
