Always wanted to drive one of those. I suspect being RWD and only a 1.6 NA its similar to a early 90's Miata. My brother is a huge MR2 guy but the '93 one later style, forget the chassis number. He should be bringing it to NJ in august

Damn that rust! Not a shocked about the condition, there is salt residue on the roads up there even as late as May. $600 may be asking too much though considering it doesnt run and the rust - if this were a 93 Sentra SE-R he'd be lucky to get $300 for it. I dunno. I think I may go check it out in person as it's not that far from me.

I just want parts off of it, fuck fixing that mess.

I emailed the guy. If I got it (while unlikely) I would part it out to you guys since he doesn't want to do it.
