I see there has not been a summer meet and I have seen many of yall since lasts year BBQ, The specs are putting on and meet and yall are welcome..
2nd Annual Sandy Pt BBq / Beach Meet: June 25th 2011
Last year We did this and everyone seemed to like it . So we are gonna do it again .
Sandy Point Beach Meet and BBq . With Some peeps staying at a nearby hotel to hang out n chill for the weekend .
The hotel is within walking distance of a Beer store . which was very nice late at night last yr

What You Need to know
Motel Info
Friday the 24th and after the beach meet on Saturday many of us who have longer drives to get there n back will be bunkin at a little motel we used last year.
Motel address is
Hwy 50 Exit 28

Super 8 Hotels | Annapolis Maryland Hotel | Annapolis, MD 21401 | Near Attractions, Annapolis Harbor Center & B and A Trail Park
Its Roughly $75 a night .
Also I Advise People to book there rooms soon. anything close to the beach fills up real quick during the tourist Season.
It is free to Reserve a room and free to cancel if it turns out you cant make it .
Just a Heads up, the Motel is almost full as of May 1st.
Beach Location : Sandy Point State Park Beach
The State Park/ Beach is right off Rt50 / 301 b4 u go across the Bay Bridge. Most phones n GPS devices have it under PoI.
also it Looks like it will be $6-8 a person to Get into the beach
Activities available : cars, food , Car Judging , Best burger cookoff , Trophys , and Whatever else people wanna bring or do
There will be getting plaques and trophys made up so we can try n do a little Car Show with awards n what not.
The spec people will be bringing most the supplies but feel free to bring some burgers for the contest, drinks etc....
