My cousin bought him a Garrett GT3582 turbo, he saw the add in eBay but bought it via Paypal. He got a fake $900 turbo, the reason he stated the turbo was at that price is that he was closing his store and need it gone ASAP.

Paypal only care if my cousin receives the stuff but couldn't do more.

We both live in Mexico

pay me enough money and I will handle it for you. I have family that lives the town over

You can't file a dispute with Paypal? What method of payment thru paypal did you use? Credit card? If Credit Card, call the bank and report fraud, and they'll re-imburse your money and go after the deadbeat seller.

wow that sucks, at this point i dont think there is much you can do

always go through the bank on this stuff paypal will say f you because they got their money already.

Ebay won't do anything for ya either??
