AC lines & Power Steering lines are within an inch of my IACV! I will use a timer from start to finish. Maybe 2 hrs if you dont have AC & PS but I doubt that!
I let my IACV soak for an hour after removing to loosen & remove all of the black powdery stuff. I cleaned the inside of the Intake at the IACV connection with a long toothbrush while the IACV unit was soaking.
Plus it takes time to disassemble & reassemble the IACV parts to check for broke/sticky plunger & spring.
