Thread: Anyone wanna help a brotha' out in Hagerstown?

I want to install a different radio in my SE-R. Now, I've installed a radio or two in some cars...but never one with a DVD player. I also want to swap the XM stuff from my Z to the SE-R. Anyone have decent car audio installation knowledge, and feel like lending me a hand one day?

My maxima has one, but it came that way. I thought it was the same as a regular radio.

its the same only thing you will have to do to watch a movie while driving(not good) is find the code to break it or ground the wire out I believe.

This radio (the one with the DVD player) was hooked up in my other Sentra. But when that car was given to my Sister (since I bought my Z, and then my Versa) I took it out. It was hooked up then to where the DVD feature would work all the time. I'm not too concerned with watching while driving...that's unsafe. But from what I understand, I should just have to ground the "safety" wire to anything other than the parking brake light...right?

Anyway, I don't really need 'tips' (although, they're appreciated) what I really need is a pair of hands...especially if those hands happen to have tools in them. Anywho, just thought I'd ask.
