UMMM..Youmust of been in the wrong newport news..lol.. That bitch is ghetto as hell..haha.. The beach is nice but its getting ghetto out there on the weekly alot of cars getting stolen and breakins.. The murder rate aint as bad as norfolk but its close..Its not really expensive here but its a commonwealth and they got some dumbass laws here.. And the cops love ricers.. I live in hampton across the bridge from the beach so hit me up

Are you military? If so you can keep your florida registration. Thats what i did, no front license plate and no cat FTW.

VA Emissions are TERRIBLE. I would probably say top 10 most strict in the US. Dyno w/sniffer + OBDII + i can't remember what else. But it's pretty strict.

need some help guys please!! Is the area around Lynnhaven mall ghetto? I found a pretty ok place there ANY feed back will be great guys thn in advance.

I live about 5 minutes from that mall. It is nothing like "I" drive in Orlando.
