Thread: need a tranny badly

5th gear is gone in mine. yeah, i know. no surprise. anyone want to hook me up with a tranny? just let me know, i need a solid tranny for a b13/b14 with lsd.

there is a B15 tranny that popped up today in CT I don't know how close your are to CT. I also don't know if it's LSD or not. Maybe you can tell from the pic. The price seemed decent that's why I'm letting you know.

Are you interested in fixing the problem yourself? It's not much more complicated than swapping the transmission.

That's a non lsd trans. You could buy it and swap in a LSD from Gspec. If you want a brand new B13 trans contact TURBO1SER, he only wants $700 and it has 0 miles on it

well....there might have been a time i would fix it, but its been driven around on low/no tranny fluid for 5000 miles. input shaft seal went, and i couldnt be bothered to do anything about it in this miserable weather weve been having. i was kinda hoping i could find a tranny that would be no work involved, other than the install. it works and all besides 5th gear, but i want to be ready for the track this april, and im sure its worn out from the low/no gear oil situation.

I got a b13 trans with 5th gear popout I got from brad. You just need to swap in your clutch arm tob and return spring and she is ready to go LMK if you want it.

but its got 5th gear popout? yeah, im just trying to get something thats ready to go. not trying to get all familiar with the insides of a transmision, if you know what i mean.
